The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day liaison with the Contracting Authority; s/he must ensure the internal coordination and guidance of all experts of the project and coordination of the project with external counterparts. Additionally, s/he will be responsible for carrying out the tasks related to the institutional reform as well as to the physical channels of service delivery.
The Team Leader must also ensure – in close coordination with the Contractor – the availability of suitable experts in accordance with the Project Work Plan.
The Team Leader shall be in charge of ensuring that all reporting obligations are fulfilled in a timely manner to a high quality standard.
