3. Purposes and modalities of the processing
Any data provided by the user will be used for the website navigation, the registration within our database of experts or to build a business relationship. The provision of data is optional, but the non-conferment may imply the impossibility to provide the requested service.

6. Rights of the interested party
At any time, under articles 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, the user can exercise the right to:
- require confirmation of the existence of its personal data;
- obtain indications about processing purposes, personal data categories, recipients or categories of recipients to which personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the conservation period;
- obtain the correction and cancellation of data;
- obtain the limitation of data processing;
- obtain data portability, that is receiving from one owner of the treatment, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmitting to another owner of the treatment, without hindrance;
- oppose to the processing at any time, also in case of processing for direct marketing purposes
- oppose an automatized decisional procedure in relation to natural persons, including customer profiling;
- require to the owner of the treatment the access to personal data and require for: their correction, cancellation, limitation of the treatment, opposition to the treatment, data portability;
- revoke the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
