Collectively the team should cover expertise in implementing the RBA and gender equality in the key sectors of development cooperation (such as rural development, public finance management, urban development, agriculture, environment and climate change, infrastructure, private sector development, education, health, energy etc.).
Collectively, the team (including team leader and senior expert) should guarantee good written and oral knowledge of French, Portuguese and Spanish.
The team should also cover working experience on the following areas: qualitative and quantitative data collection methods and analysis; quality and performance assessment; designing training curricula and training delivery.

Qualifications and skills
Each of the team members must have at least a University degree (master degree) or equivalent of a relevant related discipline (such as social sciences, law, political science, administration and management, economics, development cooperation). This requirement can be replaced by 3 years of relevant general professional experience in addition to the minimum general professional experience in the fields of gender equality, human rights/law or non-discrimination.
General professional experience
The experts should have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of human rights, law or non-discrimination, gender equality, RBA and their application in the context of development cooperation.
Minimum professional experience of 6 years is required for if candidate does not have a University degree.
