On 6 May 2015, in the framework of the EBESM project – Enhancement of the Business Environment in the Southern Mediterranean, Eurecna participated in the Charter/SBA Coordinators meeting, held in Milan, in the side-lines of the EUROMED days organized by the EU Directorate General for Internal market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW) at Expo Milano 2015.
Charter/SBA Coordinators from Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Jordan, Israel, Lebanon and Palestine met to discuss the first 12 months of project implementation and to present the progresses of the country action plans introduced at the regional seminar on SBA governance held in Barcelona on 17-19 March 2015.
Moreover proposals from each Coordinator were gathered by Ms. Char, Team Leader of EBESM, and will be included in EBESM plan of activities for 2015. This exercise has proven very useful to target the needs of each country and allocate resources for their accomplishment.
