Eurecna has been awarded the contract for the Framework contract 'Services for the Implementation of External Aid 2018' as leader of the Consortium for lot 4 and as partner of the Consortium led by International Consulting Expertise (ICE) EEIG for lot 3.
Framework contracts (FWC) are put in place by the EC to facilitate the implementation of the external aid through fast recruiting of expertise in several fields and it works as an “umbrella agreement” between the EC and selected consortia. The FWC is an empty shell with no financial value in itself, it sets out the general terms under which further specific contracts can be awarded during the project life cycle. Only Specific Contracts based on the FWC are preceded by a budgetary commitment and provide, via individual assignments defined and contracted through Specific Contracts, expertise at short notice for EU external aid.
FWC SIEA 2018 is organized in six lots and Eurecna will provide services for Lot 4 – Human Development and safety net, covering sever sub-sectors: Education, Vocational Education and Training – VET, Lifelong learning, Culture, Social Inclusion and Protection, Health, Research & Innovation.
For Lot 4 Eurecna is leading a consortium made up of A.R.S. Progetti S.P.A. Ambiente Risorse Sviluppo, University of Strathclyde, management4health GmbH (m4h), National Foundation for Educational Research in England & Wales, University of Twente, Eğitim Danişmanlik ve Uzmanlik Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. - Eduser Educational Consultancy Co, INTEGRATION International Management Consultant GmbH, Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini (FGB), Fundacion Promocion Social de la Cultura (FPSC), Maastricht School of Management (MSM), Azienda Ospedaliero Universitaria Meyer, Oxfam GB and PricewaterhouseCoopers – EU Services EESV.
