Eurecna, in consortium with Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH (DE) and European Institute for Public Policy (EIPP) (XK) has been awarded the EU funded Support to Civil Code – Phase 2 in Kosovo.

The project aims to contribute to the improvements of the standards of the Judiciary sector in Kosovo by supporting the modernization and harmonisation of the legal framework on civil matters in line with Acquis, European standards and international best practices and the implementation of a new Civil Code.
