The kick off meeting of the project “Servicios de logistica para la realization de talleres, eventos, socializaciones, conversatorios, giras de trabajos, capacitacion de buenas praticas, para todos los funcionarios y personal de las distintas dependencias beneficiarias del Poder Judicial de la Republica de Honduras” was held on Wednesday 25 January 2017 in Tegucigalpa.
The project has a duration of two years and aims at providing logistics and organization for workshops, events, study visits for the staff of the bodies involved in the judicial system in Honduras. The kick-off meeting was attended by the Team Leader of the international TA team, Ms Lili Marlene Villatoro Gale, by the Director of Eurojusticia Programme, Carlos Garcia, and by other members of the management team. Mr. Andrea Bellini and Ms. Diana Casallas represented Eurecna which is the leading company of the implementing consortium.
On the same day, an operational meeting was also organized to start planning the activities of the project with the participation of the beneficiaries. A tentative workplan was discussed and it will be constantly updated in order to optimize the needs of the beneficiaries.
