On 23 and 24 July 2015, in the framework of the project “Technical Assistance for Establishment of 3 Business Incubators in Selected Regions and Development of a Network among Incubators in Turkey”, Mr. Milford, Eurecna Team Leader and Mr. Masoud Farzini, Incubator Key Expert, held a workshop to review opportunities for improved services and communication to ISGEM clients.
Representatives from Kastamonu, Adana, Malatya, Kutahya, Pendik, Eskisehir and Tokat ISGEM were present, as well as the representatives of ISGEM Association.
This workshop falls within the activities foreseen by the second component of the project, which aims at supporting the network among ISGEM and to support the National Association of ISGEM.
The workshop focused on several tools that can be put into practice to achieve the goals mentioned above: among the others web-based tools (like e-portals, cloud-based services), branding strategy and marketing were discussed.
The workshop was a very useful event for brainstorming and to exchange views on crucial topics that can boost ISGEM capacities and awareness in Turkey. Constructive discussions were moderated by Mr. Milford and Mr. Farzini and benefited from the involvement of all the participants.
