The global objective (Impact) is to establish a cooperation facility/technical assistance to support the programming, preparation, implementation, monitoring, coordination and visibility to ensure effective and successful actions financed under the Multi-annual Indicative Programme (MIP) 2021-2027 - Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument (NDICI-Global Europe) - as well as ongoing projects financed under the 11th European Development Fund (EDF) 2014-2020.

Job description

Full-time post with the following responsibilities:
Completion of project accounts
Support to the experts in the report elaboration
Collection of the timesheets of the experts
Organization of national conferences and workshops, missions and events
Support in the organization of study tours
In charge of the archive of the project documentation (both technical and financial)
Maintenance of project website
Other administrative and support activities required by the project

Job profile

Required Qualifications:

• Graduated from university
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Excellent spoken and written Swati and English
• Able to effectively use MS Office and other software
• Able to maintain project accounts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience of office management at least in one EU project
• Prior experience in organization of national conferences and workshops
• Ability to act as an interpreter in small informal meetings
• Prior experience in website management
• Residency in Mbabane
• Ability to travel to the other project provinces
