Qualifications and skills
Master-level degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law or any other discipline relevant for business environment;
Fluency in English (reading, speaking and writing); with the ability to write clear, concise reports in English.
General professional experience
At least 10 years of professional postgraduate experience in business environment reform;
At least 10 years of experience in a senior management position in international projects.
Specific professional experience
Professional postgraduate experience as a team leader on at least one technical assistance project to support regulatory simplification at central government level;
Proven knowledge of the SME sector in the South East Asia region (policies, business climate, major issues and challenges, legal framework and institutional setup) would be an asset;
Proven experience in policy dialogue for business;
Proven experience with EU-funded cooperation projects of at least 5 years;
Professional postgraduate experience in reforming state-owned enterprises’ management system;
Professional postgraduate experience in establishing register of administrative procedures would be an asset.
