Support to systematic application of tracer system methodologies for all VET providers and Youth Guarantee and employment generation programmes.
Monitoring and assessment of the achievements of the general and specific conditions under the Sector Reform Performance Contract.
Raising awareness of the stakeholders, media, and general public on the achievements in improving the employment rate for young women and men.

Qualifications and skills
At least a University Degree in economics, education or social or political sciences. In the absence of a University degree in economics, education or social or political sciences then an equivalent general professional experience of 5 (five) years of general professional experience above the minimum general professional experience requested below.
General professional experience
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the field of employment and skills development in both EU member states and accession countries.
Specific professional experience
Experience of working in at least one Youth Guarantee project or developing a Youth Guarantee scheme at national or regional level;
Experience of at least 5 (five) years of working on active labour market measures for long-term unemployed and young unemployed persons including monitoring and evaluation.
