Raising awareness of the stakeholders, media, and general public on the achievements in improving the employment rate for young women and men.

Qualifications and skills
At least a University Degree in economics, education or social sciences. In the absence of a University degree in economics, education or social sciences then an equivalent general professional experience of 5 (five) years of general professional experience above the minimum general professional experience requested below.
General professional experience
A minimum of 8 (eight) years post graduate professional experience in the field of education and vocational education working in both EU member states and accession countries.
Specific professional experience
Experience in upgrading at least one vocational educational establishment to higher standards, including completion of an accreditation procedure in VET;
Experience with tracer system methodologies for VET providers.
Experience in at least 2 (two) projects involved in monitoring and/or evaluation in the field of vocational education.
