Provide technical assistance and capacity-building to public sector entities for regulatory, policy and/or process reforms aimed at improving the business environment in Ethiopia.
Support the establishment, development and/or modernisation, upscaling, upgrading and automation of e-government business services.
Provide capacity-building, on the job and post-system automation implementation support for the e-government systems implemented.
Support the public-private dialogue in Ethiopia as well as enhance the relations with existing and potential investors.

Job profile
Relevant university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, e-Governance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. In the absence of this degree, minimum 15 years of relevant working experience.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Knowledge of Amharic will be an asset.
At least 5 years of working experience in the field of implementation of reforms aimed at improving the business environment (projects, programmes etc.).
Previous experience with e-government business services.
Previous experience as project manager/coordinator/administrator of at least 2 projects.
Previous working experience in Ethiopia will be an asset.
