Event moderator/facilitator – Category II, min 25 man-days
Qualifications and skills
- At least a Master Degree in Journalism, Communication, Social Sciences, Health Sciences or other relevant field. In the absence of a master Degree, an equivalent professional experience of at least 4 years in addition to the general professional experience specified below is required.
- Wide experience in the facilitation and moderation of events,
- Experience and familiarity with scientific topics, especially health and/or social sciences,
- Fluency in both spoken and written English,
- Knowledge of Russian is an asset.
- Good report writing skills, ability to contribute to writing of event reports.
General professional experience
- At least 6 years of experience in the field of journalism/reporting,
- High experience as a presenter/moderator.
Specific professional experience
- Experience in conducting interviews, leading panel discussions, facilitating seminars/workshops, presenting and moderating in front of large audiences,
- At least 3 projects of similar nature
Project Leader – Category I, min 35 man-days
Qualifications and skills
- At least a Master Degree in public health. In the absence of a master Degree, an equivalent professional experience of at least 4 years in addition to the general professional experience specified below is required.
- Wide experience in health promotion and international collaboration,
- Fluency in both spoken and written English,
- Computer literacy and good report writing skills.
General professional experience
- At least 12 years of experience in the field of public health, health promotion and inter-sectorial collaboration,
- High experience as a Team Leader and high skills in reporting.
Specific professional experience
- Experience in health-in-all-policies (HiAP) with different levels of government (local-regional-national-international),
- Practical experience in dealing with media and decision makers,
- Relevant experience in methods to monitor public health,
- At least 3 projects of similar nature in the field of international collaboration, preferably in public health.
Project Coordinator – Category II, min 35 man-days
Qualifications and skills
- At least a Master Degree in public health or organisational management of social sciences or nursing. In the absence of a master Degree, an equivalent professional experience of at least 4 years in addition to the general professional experience specified below is required.
- Wide experience in arranging conferences, seminars, workshops and media events with international audiences,
- Fluency in both spoken and written English,
- Computer literacy and good report writing skills.
General professional experience
- At least 6 years of experience in the field of working with national and international organisations where management is dependent on information collection and dissemination for evidence based decision making,
- Solid experience as a conference coordinator and organizer and good skills in innovative methodologies in information transfer from theory to practice and good writing skills for timely reporting.
Specific professional experience
- Experience in health-in-all-policies (HiAP) with different levels of government (local-regional-national-international),
- Practical experience in dealing with media and NGOs,
- Relevant experience in methods to interpret scientific innovations to the public,
- At least 3 projects of similar nature in the field of international collaboration, preferably in public health and social well-being.
